Making A Purchase
Payment via Paypal is available by using the checkout process, either enter your account or use your credit / debit card to complete payment.
|Shipping And Handling There will be no shipping charge, instead all orders are to be collected from Stand F-148, Hall 1 at Essen 2017 between the 26th and 29th October.|
|Delivery Schedule Your order will be held for you until 1pm on Sunday 29th October 2017, after such time Spiral Galaxy Games reserves the right to sell the stock held on your behalf and refund you once we are back into the office the following week.|
|Tax Charges All prices include VAT at the local UK rate of 20%.|
|Credit Card Security Spiral Galaxy Games have no access to either your Paypal account or to Credit / Debit card details, this is handled by Paypal.|
Spiral Galaxy Games guarantees, to the best of our ability, to ensure that the product you receive will be complete and fit for it's intended use. If this is not the case then you have up to 7 days from the day after you received the product to return it to us for a full refund. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage to Spiral Galaxy Games. You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done up to 7 days from the day after the goods are received by you. In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to Daniel Wilkinson, Unit B Halesfield 20, Telford, TF7 4QU. You must return the product to us at the address shown. We will return the cost of the product within 30 days of notice of cancellation and after receipt of your return. The customer is responsible for paying both the outbound and return postage.
